数字宁夏钽、铌冶炼已成为世界三大生产基地之一宁夏有色金属冶炼厂生产的钽丝出口量已占世界总需求量的30%,从而使宁夏成为世界钽、铌冶炼三大生产基地之一。再造一个新灌区宁夏将实施沿(黄)河开发计划,抓紧扬黄扶贫灌溉工程建设,用5—10年或者更长一点时间,再造一个新灌区,使灌区耕地面积扩大到66.7万公顷,用5—10年时间,把引黄灌区建设成为国家级高产高效优质农业示范区。

Reconstruction of a new irrigation district Ningxia will implement the development plan along the (Yellow) River and pay close attention to the construction of the Yellow Poverty Alleviation and Irrigation Project. With a period of 5-10 years or more, a new irrigation area will be rebuilt to expand the irrigated area to 667,000 hectares. In 5-10 years, the Yellow River Irrigation Area will be built into a national high-yield, high-quality agricultural demonstration area.
