对使用外螺纹连接砂浆钢管而成的微型桩的抗弯强度进行研究。对40个试验组件进行4点弯曲试验直至其损坏。样本由砂浆钢管组成并在中部用连接件连接。试验结果表明外螺纹连接部件在端部最后一圈螺纹连接处易碎。此外,这种连接部件的抗弯强度要明显小于无缝钢管的强度。分析结果表明尺寸效应对其有相当大的影响,抗弯强度会随着钢管外直径的增加而减少。对尺寸进行测试也表明,增加螺纹长度并没有增加其抗弯强度。
The bending strength of micro-piles made of mortar steel pipe with male thread is studied. Forty test assemblies were subjected to a 4 point bending test until damaged. The sample consists of mortar steel pipe and is connected by a connector at the center. The test results show that the male threaded connection is frangible at the last threaded connection of the end. In addition, the flexural strength of such connecting members is significantly less than the strength of seamless steel tubes. The analysis results show that the size effect has a considerable impact on it, and the bending strength decreases with the increase of the outer diameter of the steel pipe. Testing the dimensions also showed that increasing the thread length did not increase its flexural strength.
