第一条:为了保护护林、施行合理开发利用,防止因滥伐而引起的水、旱、风灾,保障农田生产起见,除别有规定者外,照本办法办理。第二条:本省国有林,(包括公有林及没收地主的大森林)应由本省采时,得在国有林采伐,但必须经当地县级以上人民政府或林业机关核准,指定区域,作合理的修枝疏伐,并须照缴山第三条:砍伐木材暂以左列需要为限:
