从本期开始我们将不断地以不定期方式开展《病案讨论》。我们认为:通过病案讨论可以培养临床医生的综合分析能力;有助于养成细致观察病情及诊断要以事实为依据的学术作风;有利于扩展临床医生的知识面及训练正确的诊断思路;也有助于我们克服目前一些不良倾向或片面认识,即“外科不只是开刀”。病案讨论不仅对年轻医生,对各级医生都具有学习意义。我们衷心地希望广大热心的作者和读者踊跃提供病案,并热烈欢迎参加讨论。
