与一些应届毕业生聊天时发现,现在的大学生想创业的为数不少。有些人雄心勃勃、意气风发,似乎要指挥千军万马奔向金山、银山。在对他们深入地了解后发现,其中的相当一部分人对创业准备明显不足。譬如对财务管理、人事管理、市场营销等了解甚少,只是凭感觉、凭灵感认为其点子新、市场大,肯定能赚钱。他们谈论更多的是谁谁谁成功了,假如是他的话也会成功云云。笔者认为榜样的力量是无穷的,但很多事要量力而为。据了解,现在社会上
