针对氢气压缩机阀片的使用工况,设计了增强改性工程塑料聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的几种配方。对这几种PEEK材料的机械强度、摩擦磨损等性能进行了研究。试制出的PEEK—1和PEEK—2两种材料阀片,经装机使用考核证明达到进口阀片的使用要求。
In view of the operating conditions of the hydrogen compressor valve, several formulations of the modified engineering plastic polyetheretherketone (PEEK) are designed. Several kinds of PEEK materials such as mechanical strength, friction and wear properties were studied. The PEEK-1 and PEEK-2 valve plates produced by trial production have been proved to meet the requirements for the use of imported valve plates.
