青松乡是海南白沙县的一个贫困乡,但拥有丰富的旅游资源,开发乡村旅游是其脱贫致富的重要方式,当地政府目前也在积极推动乡村旅游发展。通过查阅文献,以及实地访谈获得信息,再对青松乡的旅游发展进行SWOT分析。分析结果表明,青松乡发展乡村旅游虽然具有很大的优势,但也存在一些劣势;有良好的发展机遇,也面临一些挑战;同时在SWOT分析的基础上,提出青松乡旅游发展的SO、ST、WO、WT策略。
Qingsong Township is a poor village in Baisha County, Hainan Province. However, with rich tourism resources and developing rural tourism, Qingsong Township is an important way to get rid of poverty and prosperity. The local government is also actively promoting the development of rural tourism. Through consulting the literature and field interview to get information, and then the tourism development of Qingsong Township SWOT analysis. The analysis shows that although the development of rural tourism in Qingsong Township has great advantages, there are some disadvantages. There are good opportunities for development and some challenges. At the same time, based on the SWOT analysis, it is proposed that SOEs and STs , WO, WT strategy.
