2型糖尿病(T2DM)是一种复杂的多基因遗传病。谷胱甘肽 S-转移酶(GST)属于多功能同工酶,在解毒、氧化应激损伤的生理过程中发挥重要作用,并具有非常广泛的生物催化作用。 GST基因多态性可导致GST蛋白功能异常,使活性氧类调节紊乱,进而促进T2DM的发生、发展。 GST的生理功能、GST基因多态性与T2DM相关性的研究进展,为阐明T2DM发病机制提供了科学依据。“,”Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) is a kind of polygenic disease.Glutathione S-transferase ( GST) belongs to multifunctional isozyme and it plays an important role in the process of stress damage detoxification and oxidation.Additionally,it has wide biocatalytic functions.Gene polymorphism of GST might result in GST protein dysfunction, and ROS regulative disorder and the generation and development of T2DM.Research of GST physiological function,GST gene polymorphism and T2DM relevance provide a sci-entific basis for elucidating the pathogenesis of T2DM.
