以辛克宁衍生的手性双功能硫脲叔胺为催化剂,实现了β-羰基酸与N-Boc靛红亚胺的脱羧Mannich反应,合成了一系列四取代3-氨基氧化吲哚衍生物,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR-MS(ESI)确证。
The decarboxylation Mannich reaction of β-oxo acid with N-Boc isophthalimine was achieved by using the Cynannine-derived chiral bifunctional thiourea tertiary amine as a catalyst to synthesize a series of tetra-substituted 3-aminooxyindole derivatives The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HR-MS (ESI).
