围绕改善机车乘务人员分配导向的问题,本文提出了利用产量定额形式的单一计件工资制订机车乘务人员的收入分配方案,并就方案本身进行了评价。
Focusing on improving the allocation of locomotive crew, this paper proposes to formulate the income distribution plan of locomotive flight crew by using the single piece-rate wage in the form of output quota and evaluate the plan itself.
