苏联解体后,俄罗斯当局逐渐开始开放过去的机密档案,对世界各国而言,这是一个令人感兴趣的好消息.前不久,俄罗斯电视台播出一则号称是希特勒尸首的档案录音,立即引起全球性的注意.其它诸如:第二次世界大战期间落入俄国人手中的战俘的下落、1968年前苏联入侵原捷克的全盘计划,都是深受各界关注的议题.尽管已有许多混淆视听的所谓机密暴露在世人眼前,但庞大的机密档案事实上只展现了如冰山的一角,负责监督开放档案的俄罗斯档案委员会目前仍面临层层阻挠.
