1985年7月我们在湖南株州县调查处理了一起蘑菇中毒事件,报告于下: 中毒情况和临床表现 1985年6月13日中午,湖南株州县五十万乡荷包村民李××在自家屋后山上采回野蘑菇约300g,用清水浸泡20分钟左右,洗净,用猪油烹炒30分钟后食用(主食为大米饭),全家5人(3男2女,年龄3～37岁)进食量分别为30～80g不等,于进餐后20～30分钟相继发病。主要中毒症状表现为头痛、头晕、恶心,呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、流涎、心率快、大汗淋漓、黄
July 1985 We investigated and dealt with a mushroom poisoning incident in Zhuzhou County, Hunan Province, and reported the following: Poisoning Situation and Clinical Performance On the afternoon of June 13, 1985, Li XX, a villager from Shixian Township, Zhuzhou County, Hunan Province, About 300g mushrooms are collected from the back of the house and soaked in water for about 20 minutes. Wash them for 30 minutes with lard for cooking (the staple food is rice) and the whole family is 5 (3 males and 2 females, aged 3 to 37 years ) Food intake were 30 ~ 80g range, in the meal after 20 to 30 minutes one after another disease. The main symptoms of poisoning manifested as headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, salivation, rapid heart rate, sweating, yellow
