介绍了几种热塑性酚醛树脂的热态流变特性。通过试验，得出了树脂的热态流变特性与树脂的软化点、分子结构相关，并对覆膜砂的覆膜效果有很大的影响。在覆膜砂生产过程中，砂温应高于树脂的塑性－假塑性转变温度。
The thermodynamic rheological properties of several thermoplastic phenolic resins are introduced. The results show that the rheological properties of resin are related to the softening point and the molecular structure of the resin, and have a great influence on the coating effect of coated sand. Sand coated sand in the production process, the sand temperature should be higher than the plastic plastic - pseudoplastic transition temperature.
