近2年来,泸天化集团公司正全面地清理各类管理制度、规定。原料煤作为恒大公司的主要生产原料和重大比例的采购项目,公司也在不断地努力探索规范化的管理运行机制。本文就此问题作一些探讨。
In the past two years, Lutianhua Group Company is fully cleaning up all kinds of management systems and regulations. Raw coal as Evergrande’s main raw material and a large proportion of procurement projects, the company is also constantly trying to explore standardized management and operation mechanism. This article makes some discussions on this issue.
