2005年10月20-21日,国家局在江西南昌召开了全国烟草行业第四次稳定和信访工作座谈会。会议对2004年以来行业稳定和信访工作做了认真总结,对当前行业稳定和信访形势做了实事求是地分析,对行业当前和今后一个时期稳定和信访工作做出了具体的部署。笔者拟结合湖南实际,就学习贯彻落实国家局会议精神,进一步做好湖南烟草工业系统的稳定和信访工作,谈点看法。
On October 20-21, 2005, the State Bureau held the fourth forum on stability and letters and visits in the tobacco industry in Nanchang, Jiangxi. The meeting made a careful summary of the industry stability and letters and visits since 2004, analyzed the current situation of the industry stability and the situation of letter and visit, and made concrete arrangements for the industry’s current and future stability and letters and visits. The author intends to combine the actual Hunan, to study and implement the spirit of the National Bureau meeting, to further improve the stability of the tobacco industry in Hunan and letters and visits, talk about the point.
