目的了解一年来我院念珠菌的检出率、分布特点及耐药情况。方法用显色培养基和API真菌鉴定条鉴定真菌;用API真菌药敏试验条进行药敏测定。结果2007年8月~2008年8月共分离了308株念珠菌,检出率依次为:白色念珠菌72.7%,热带念珠菌10.39%,克柔念珠菌9.74%,光滑念珠菌5.84%,近平滑念珠菌1.29%;标本的分布情况依次为:呼吸道62.8%,泌尿道15.2%,粪便11.0%,血液1.2%,其他9.8%;308株念珠菌对常用抗真菌药氟康唑(克柔念珠菌对其天然耐药)、伊曲康唑、氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素的平均耐药率依次为:50.9%,28.7%,13.4%,2.9%。结论308株念珠菌中,白色念珠菌检出率最高,标本来源中,呼吸道标本占有率最高;308株念珠菌中白色念珠菌和光滑念珠菌对氟康唑和伊曲康唑的耐药率较高,克柔念珠菌和光滑念珠菌对氟康唑的耐药率最高,308株念珠菌对两性霉素的耐药率都较低。
Objective To understand the detection rate, distribution characteristics and drug resistance of candida in our hospital over the past year. Methods The fungi were identified by colorimetric medium and API fungi identification. The API fungi drug sensitivity test strips were used for drug susceptibility testing. Results A total of 308 Candida isolates were isolated from August 2007 to August 2008. CONCLUSION: Candida albicans has the highest detection rate of Candida albicans among the 308 Candida albicans samples, and the highest percentage of respiratory specimens among the samples. The resistance rate of Candida albicans and Candida glabrata to Fluconazole and Itraconazole is the highest Higher, Candida krusei and Candida glabrata the highest rate of fluconazole resistance, Candida 308 strains of amphotericin resistance rates are lower.
