高职院校的教学目的就在于培养具有专业技能和实际操作能力的学生,因而实践教学在高职院校的教育之中非常重要。实践教学是高职院校的核心竞争力所在,对于学生实践能力的培养、综合素质的提升和就业能力的增强都有着其他教学模式无法比拟的重要作用。特别是在中国的高等教育逐渐由精英教育向大众教育转变的时代,社会竞争变得更加激烈。而高职院校的学生则能够借助于自己优秀的实际操作能力从竞争中脱颖而出,因此高职院校的实践教学体系必须受到足够的重视,实践教学是高职院校的学校获取实践能力的必要通道。本文将从高职院校实践教学体系的概念出发,分析实践教学体系中包含的要素,从而总结出能够完成高职院校实践教学体系构建的有效方式。
The purpose of teaching in higher vocational colleges lies in cultivating students with professional skills and practical skills, so practice teaching is very important in the education of higher vocational colleges.
