Designed and developed by Beijing Nonferrous Metal Research Institute, J-80 0-type throttle valve was successfully developed in Beijing. J-80 0-type throttle valve is Beijing Institute of Machinery Industry Automation, National “Ninth Five-Year” Research Project (96- A2 2-0 04 - 0 2), special equipment products. Now put into use. The valve is installed between the vacuum chamber and the main valve (GFQ-S80 0 pneumatic flap high vacuum valve)
