目的:探讨SD幼鼠内毒素血症时小肠iNOS免疫活性表达。方法:用生物化学方法测定内毒素血症幼鼠小肠组织匀浆中NOS和NO水平,用免疫组织化学方法显示小肠诱导性一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)免疫活性表达。结果:内毒素可使NOS活性增加,NO浓度提高;并且NOS和NO之间有较好相关性;内毒素可增加小肠巨噬细胞、嗜中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞的iNOS表达。结论:小肠iNOS免疫活性表达和小肠匀浆中NOS和NO的峰值均在内毒素刺激后6~12h。
Objective: To investigate the expression of iNOS immunoreactivity in small intestine during endotoxemia in SD rats. Methods: The levels of NOS and NO in intestinal homogenates of neonatal rats with endotoxemia were determined by biochemical methods. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of iNOS immunoreactivity. Results: Endotoxin increased NOS activity and NO concentration, and there was a good correlation between NOS and NO. Endotoxin increased iNOS expression in small intestine macrophages, neutrophils and eosinophils. Conclusion: The expression of iNOS in small intestine and the peak of NOS and NO in small intestine homogenate are both 6 ~ 12 h after endotoxin stimulation.
