登革热是由登革热病毒引起的、通过伊蚊传播的一种急性虫媒传染病,广泛流行于热带和亚热带的国家和地区。平湖市地处浙北平原沿海,历史上无该病报告。2014年受东南亚及我国广东省登革热疫情持续上升影响,该市亦出现1例登革热病例,本文报道病例调查结果。1对象与方法1.1对象2014年9月18日因高热、出血至浙江省平湖市第一人民医院就诊的1例女性患者。1.2方法
Dengue is an acute zoonotic disease caused by dengue virus transmitted through Aedes mosquitoes and widely spread in tropical and subtropical countries and regions. Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province is located in the coastal plain, no history of the disease reported. In 2014, dengue fever in Southeast Asia and Guangdong Province of our country continued to rise. There was also one case of dengue fever in this city.
