CAD/CAPP/CAM集成的关键是建立统一的产品信息模型。STEP标准提供了产品生命周期的数据表示与交换机制。该文根据AP214中对特征信息的规定所建系统,针对应用的需求及实现的复杂性,建立特征的应用解释模型,形成本系统的应用协议(AP)。该应用协议是ISO-10303AP214的子集,通过ST-Developer的EXPRESS语言编译器生成数据字典,CAD系统根据应用协议生成面向加工的零件特征模型;CAPP采用派生式生成工艺规程;CAM根据CAD提供的特征模型和工艺规程生成刀位文件;CAM-POST根据刀位文件生成NC代码。CAD,CAPP,CAM均由系统开发的API/SDAI进行前/后处理,并通过ST-Devel-oper实现产品数据的交换与共享,达到CAD/CAPP/CAM集成。
The key to CAD / CAPP / CAM integration is to establish a unified product information model. The STEP standard provides a data representation and exchange mechanism for the product life cycle. According to the system of AP214, this paper builds a system of application interpretation (AP) based on the application requirements and the complexity of implementation. The application protocol is a subset of ISO-10303AP214. The data dictionary is generated by ST-Developer’s EXPRESS compiler. The CAD system generates the part-oriented feature model according to the application protocol. CAPP uses a derivative process to generate CAMs. Feature model and process rules to generate the location file; CAM-POST NC code generated from the location file. CAD, CAPP and CAM are both pre-post / post-processed by API / SDAI developed by the system, and the exchange and sharing of product data are realized by ST-Devel-oper to achieve CAD / CAPP / CAM integration.
