《中国食用菌》86年第4期上,吴长春同志介绍了一种用耐高温的塑料纸包扎袋口的最新方法。我认为他的作法,虽然能防止杂菌侵染,但还有许多不足之处:一是塑料纸包扎袋通气性较差;二是菌丝细弱,发菌速度较慢;三是灭菌时用棉塞,接种时再换塑料纸,增加了生产环节。笔者认为,棉花容易感染杂菌,采用海绵塞代替棉塞。简便易行,且菌丝生长快、粗壮,不污染杂菌。材料:长3厘米,母指粗细的海绵塞数块。16厘米长棉线或乳胶圈数根。具体方法:把培养料装入17×34厘米塑料袋内。装至袋的一半时,用二厘米粗的圆
