新课标是我国新一轮的基础教育改革的基石所在,是替换教学大纲、为基础教育提供新的方向的重要指导。美术课程是素质教育的重要一环,是新课标的重要内容。在新课标大背景下,我国传统的小学美术教育需要作出符合时代发展需要的创新与突破,为学生的全面发展做出应有的贡献。本文从新课标背景下小学美术教育的现状出发,分析了其寻求创新与发展的几点措施,以供参考。
The new curriculum standard is the cornerstone of our country’s new round of basic education reform. It is an important guide for replacing the syllabus and providing a new direction for basic education. Art course is an important part of quality education, is an important content of the new curriculum standard. Under the background of the new curriculum standard, the traditional primary school art education in our country needs to make innovations and breakthroughs that meet the needs of the development of the times and make due contributions to the all-round development of students. Based on the current situation of art education in elementary schools under the background of new curriculum standards, this article analyzes some measures it is seeking to innovate and develop for reference.
