2004年,中国证券市场仍然持续低迷,长期以来一直存在的问题愈发凸显。如此背景下,立法、司法、执法、守法等各个法律运行环节上都呈现出了不同的特点。不再有大规模的立法,然而部分原有规则的修订和新规则的颁布却显得非常技术化。若干起案例的处理过程以及其间所昭示的法律规则的发展方向都很值得关注。从法律专业的角度来
In 2004, the stock market in China continued to be in a downturn. The problems that have existed for a long time have become increasingly prominent. Under such a background, different laws have shown different features in the legislative, judicial, law-enforcement and law-abiding sectors. There is no longer any large-scale legislation, however, the revision of some of the original rules and the promulgation of new rules have become very technical. The handling of several cases and the direction of the development of the legal rules that are revealed during this period are all noteworthy. From a legal professional point of view
