小微企业作为我国经济持续发展的助推因素,在扩大就业和增加税收等方面具有积极作用。如果想在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地,加强内部财务控制是小微企业的必然选择。同时,完善财务管理体系,规范和约束企业行为,也可以有效保障其持续发展。鉴于此,通过对小微企业实际情况的研究,从财务管理观念、财务管理系统、监督检查机制、预算管理及财务队伍建设等方面提出建议,希望能对小微企业内部财务控制的发展做出贡献。
