提起苏北“废黄河”地区,不少人总是把它和贫穷落后连在一起,称之为“苏北兰考”。然而就是在这块贫瘠的土地上,却有一群人组成坚强的“堡垒”,靠四种精神托起了一颗乡镇企业明珠——黄圩乡响水缫丝厂。响水缫丝厂从1991年投产到现在,实现产值、销售、利税三个翻番,年创产值1154万元,实现利税54万元。目前,已成为江苏省白厂丝定点生产厂家、省丝绸行业的中型企业和响水县骨干企业。
Mentioning the “Abandoned Yellow River” region in northern Jiangsu, many people always associate it with poverty and backwardness and call it the “Northern Jiangsu LKK”. However, on this barren land, a group of people form a strong “fortress” and rely on the four spirits to lighten up the pearl of the township and village enterprises - the Huangxu Township Xiangshui Silk Factory. Xiangshui Tiesi plant put into operation from 1991 to the present, to achieve the output value, sales, profits and taxes three doubled, the annual output value of 11540000 yuan, profits and 540,000 yuan. At present, it has become a designated manufacturer of white factory filaments in Jiangsu Province, a medium-sized enterprise in the province’s silk industry and a key enterprise in Xiangshui County.
