教育孩子不仅仅是学校、老师的职责,家长也是教育孩子的重要角色,但并非所有的家长都能用科学正确的教育理念和方法来教育孩子,这样对于孩子的成长是非常不利的。所以我们有必要在教育学生的同时也对家长进行教育,这样才能使家长更好地配合学校、老师,使家庭教育更有效地配合学校教育。但教育家长与教育学生不同,注重的并非知识,而是教育理念、态度和方法等等,所以,对家长的教育可以采用家长学校,家长开放日,加强家校沟通等方式来进行。
To educate children is not only the responsibility of schools and teachers. Parents also play an important role in educating their children. However, not all parents can educate their children with the scientific concepts and methods of education. This is very unfavorable to the growth of children. Therefore, it is necessary for us to educate our parents while educating them so that parents can better coordinate with schools and teachers so that family education can be more effectively coordinated with school education. However, parents of education are different from those of education students. Instead of focusing on knowledge, education parents regard education as their attitude, attitude and method. Therefore, education for parents can be implemented through parents ’schools, parents’ open days, and strengthening communication between home and school.
