5t蒸汽锤是我厂锻造车间的主要生产设备之一,在生产过程中,常处于超负荷状态。锤头的打击能量除大部分被锻(件)坯吸收外,还有部分能量转化为锻锤零件的弹性变形能,其中,大砧座就是承受弹性变形能的主要零件。因此,中砧座与大砧座的燕尾槽结合面经多次弹性变形而表面疲劳,导致塑性变形和表面剥落。根据车间的生产情况,经一年(约3×10~4t不锈钢锻坯)生产后,燕尾槽结合面就产生上述情况,影响生产。
