现代化建设中,面对日益剧烈的市场竞争,为了扩大市场占有率,各行各业在不断探索和创新运营模式,以促进企业长远发展。面对毕业生就业难的问题,中职院校加大了教育改革力度,不断创新教学模式,以增强中职生的综合技能,从而为中职院校毕业生就业提供更多选择途径。本文就中职生职业道德教育存在的问题进行分析,提出中职生职业道德教育的有效对策,以促进中职院校教育水平不断提高。
In the modernization drive, in the face of increasingly fierce market competition and in order to expand market share, all walks of life are constantly exploring and innovating their business models to promote their long-term development. Faced with the difficult employment of graduates, vocational colleges have stepped up their education reform and constantly innovated their teaching modes so as to enhance the comprehensive skills of secondary vocational students so as to provide more choices for the employment of graduates from secondary vocational schools. This article analyzes the problems existing in the vocational moral education of secondary vocational students and puts forward the effective countermeasures of the vocational moral education of secondary vocational students in order to promote the continuous improvement of the educational level in secondary vocational schools.
