类风湿性关节炎心脏损害,国内文献报道极少,我院内科自1964年以来收治类风湿性关节炎54例,其中心脏受累17例,占31.5%,因其预后较差,应引起高度重视。现分析、讨论如下。一、一般资料:本文54例类风湿性关节炎诊断,符合美国类风湿协会(ARA)的类风湿性关节炎诊断标准,17例类风湿性关节炎心脏损害,结合病史和有关项目的检查,可除外其他心脏病。17例心脏受累病例中,男8例,女9例。年龄8～61岁,平均年龄
