作者报告两例经CT证实的双侧旁正中视丘梗塞.例1为54岁男性,某晨被发现昏迷不醒,有陈氏呼吸.次日意识障碍波动,呼吸好转,上肢有扑翼性震颤,垂直性随意注视和眼脑活动完全丧失,双侧明显的角膜下颌反射.2～3周后,定向障碍,少动,淡漠,嗜睡,主动语言及动作均减少,尿失禁.入院10天后CT示双侧视丘内侧密度增高,符合缺血性病变.随访一年仍有严重记忆障碍和皮层下痴呆.(本例曾进行了详细的神经精神方面的检查.)
The authors report two cases of bilateral paracentesal infarction confirmed by CT in Example 1, a 54-year-old man who was found unconscious in one morning and had Chen’s breath. The disturbance of consciousness disorder the next day, his breathing improved, his flapping wing Tremor, vertical random gaze and complete loss of eye movement, bilateral corneal maxillary reflex obvious .2 to 3 weeks after the disorientation, less mobility, apathy, lethargy, active language and movements are reduced, incontinence. 10 days after admission CT showed bilateral medial hypothalamus density increased, in line with ischemic lesions .A year after follow-up are still severe memory impairment and subcortical dementia. (In this case had a detailed neuropsychological test.)
