采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对浙江省中学体育师资、田径教学的指导思想、教学内容、教学手段方法、学习评价等方面进行了分析,结果表明:1、体育教师学历层次较高,年龄结构合理,符合当今体育教育的发展,但田径专业体育教师比较缺乏;2、浙江省中学田径教学的指导思想仍未转变,依然是以“体质论”与“技能论”为主要指导思想;3、田径教学内容仍然以竞技运动项目为主,教学方法仍然是传统的教学方法,教学评价仍不统一;4、大部分中学生对田径教材不感兴趣,甚至害怕学习田径。
This paper analyzes the guiding ideology, teaching content, teaching methods and learning evaluation of PE teachers, track and field teaching in middle schools in Zhejiang Province through literature, survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. The results show that: 1, The level of academic qualifications of teachers is higher, the age structure is reasonable, in line with the development of today’s physical education, but the lack of track and field professional sports teachers; 2, guiding ideology of track and field teaching in Zhejiang Province has not yet changed, still based on “Skill theory” as the main guiding ideology; 3, track and field teaching content is still dominated by competitive sports, teaching methods are still the traditional teaching methods, teaching evaluation is still not uniform; 4, most of the students are not interested in track and field teaching materials, or even Fear of studying track and field.
