A similar range-measuring speed-measuring system similar to Godard’s range-measuring speed-measuring system was used to track the Sikam I (synchronous communications satellite I) over the entire orbit transfer orbit prior to ignition of the apogee engine. This report discusses the role and data processing of the Simcom range-measuring speed tracking system. The standard deviations of range and speed relative to the orbital elements performed are 15.49 and 0.05 m / s, respectively. Analysis of the data over a continuous interval of one outer segment shows that when using 100 kHz or 20 kHz sounding, the range accuracy is better than 20 meters and the speed accuracy is within 0.05 meters / second.
