This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of rainwater harvesting in Shaanxi Province, explores the development pattern and development prospect of rainwater harvesting in different areas of Shaanxi Province, puts forward that in the future construction of the project, attention should be paid to the planning and according to the principle of " Step implementation, increase rainwater harvesting supporting water-saving irrigation technology to promote the pace of strengthening project management, increase scientific research and other measures
