近10余年来,消化道肿瘤的化疗进展显著,在综合治疗中的地位日趋重要。本文拟就胃癌、结肠癌、胰腺癌、胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的化疗分述如下。1胃癌过去10～20年胃癌预后无明显改善,手术为胃癌治愈手段。化疗可延长其生存。晚期胃癌的化疗属姑息化疗。早期常用有效单药为:氟尿嘧啶
The past 10 years, the progress of chemotherapy in gastrointestinal cancer significantly, the status of integrated treatment is increasingly important. This article intends to gastric cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) chemotherapy are described below.
