目的 :研究肝心宁抗肝纤维化的作用。方法 :运用 CCl4复合因素致大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,同时予以肝心宁灌胃治疗 ,观察肝心宁对大鼠肝纤维化血清标志物、肝功能、肝组织显微、亚显微结构的影响 ,并设秋水仙碱作对照。结果 :肝心宁可降低大鼠血清透明质酸、 型前胶原、IV型胶原、丙氨酸转氨酶活性、白蛋白含量 ,与秋水仙碱组比较具有显著性差异 (均 P <0 .0 5 ) ;同时可减少肝组织胶原增生 ,改善肝组织超微结构。结论 :肝心宁有一定的保肝、抗肝纤维化作用
Objective: To study the effect of Ganxinning on liver fibrosis. METHODS: Rat model of hepatic fibrosis was induced by CCl4 compound factor, and Ganxinning was given by intragastric administration. The effects of Ganxinning on liver fibrosis serum markers, liver function, liver microscopy and submicroscopic structure were observed. And set colchicine as a control. Results: Ganxinning can reduce the serum levels of hyaluronic acid, procollagen, type IV collagen, alanine aminotransferase and albumin in rats, and there is significant difference compared with colchicine group (P < 0.05). At the same time can reduce liver tissue collagen proliferation, improve the ultrastructure of liver tissue. Conclusion : Ganxinning has a certain degree of hepatoprotective and antifibrotic effects
