目的 本研究从正常成年组与青少年组牙槽骨骨皮质中骨陷窝的数目和面积的比较入手 ,为分析成人正畸牙齿移动缓慢提供依据。方法 本研究的样本选择本院外科门诊和外科手术的病人 ,成人组 1 3例 ,青少年组 9例 ,获取正常牙槽骨组织 ,常规HE染色 ,利用图象分析技术 ,比较两组样本单位面积骨陷窝的数目和骨陷窝面积在骨皮质面积中所占百分比。结果 青少年组牙槽骨骨皮质中骨陷窝的数目和骨陷窝所占面积都明显高于成人组 (p <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 骨细胞作为骨基质中机械应力的效应细胞 ,其数目随年龄增加而减小。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the number and area of the bone lacunas in the cortical bone of alveolar bone between normal adult group and adolescent group, this study provides the basis for analyzing the slow movement of adult orthodontic tooth. Methods The samples from our hospital were selected from outpatients and surgical patients in our hospital. Among them, 13 were in adult group and 9 in adolescent group. The normal alveolar bone tissue was obtained and stained with HE. The image analysis technique was used to compare the unit area The number of lacunae and the percentage of lacunae in the cortical area. Results In the adolescent group, the number of lacunae in the cortical bone and the area of the lacunae were significantly higher than those in the adult group (p <0.01). Conclusion Osteoblasts, as effector cells of mechanical stress in bone matrix, decrease with age.
