宣恩县山大人稀。全县226所学校,除27所布点在人口较密集的乡镇所在地之外,其余199所都分布在大山深处。这些学校规模小,复式班数量多,校舍破旧,设备简陋,师资不足。面对现实,我们从2001年6月开始试办中小学寄宿制、半寄宿制学校,现已形成以椿木营、晓关大山坪片区、沙道沟沙坪等为主体的九年一贯制寄宿制学校群,全县寄宿制学校建设已走向规范化。 科学规划是寄宿制学校建设的基础
