职业学校内部管理体制改革是关系职业教育改革与发展的重要问题,它不仅可以解决长期形成的机构冗肿、人浮于事、教职员工与学生比例不当、劳动报酬与工作数量质量不相称、管理机制制约办事效率与教学质量等问题,而且由于优秀人才脱颖而出,办学思想焕然一新,人的积极性调动起来,许多困扰职业教育的问题都能找到较好的解决办法。这里刊发的三篇报道,从不同角度介绍了改革的做法、成效和经验,供职教界同仁研究和比较。
The reform of internal management system in vocational schools is an important issue concerning the reform and development of vocational education. It can not only solve the problems of long-formed institutions such as redundant organization, improper proportion of teaching staff and students, disproportion of labor remuneration and quality of work, Efficiency and quality of teaching and so on. And because the outstanding talents have come to the fore, the thinking of running a school has been completely renewed and the enthusiasm of the people has been mobilized. Many problems that plague vocational education can find a better solution. The three articles published here introduce the practice, results and experience of the reform from different perspectives and serve as a reference for the colleagues in the education community to study and compare with each other.
