目的:探讨健康教育在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年6月我院收治的妊娠糖尿病患者86例,随机平均分成两组。对照组患者采用常规化护理,研究组患者在常规化护理的基础上加强健康教育。比较两组妊娠糖尿病患者的护理效果。结果:经护理后,研究组患者护理满意度、依从性、知识掌握度明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),同时研究组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠糖尿病患者的护理过程中,加强对其进行健康教育,不仅可以有效的提高护理质量,同时还提高了患者的护理依从性,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective: To explore the effect of health education on gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: From January 2016 to June 2017, 86 cases of gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of patients with conventional care, study group patients on the basis of routine care to strengthen health education. The nursing effects of gestational diabetes in two groups were compared. Results: After nursing, the nursing satisfaction, compliance and knowledge mastery in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion: In the process of nursing gestation diabetes patients, to strengthen their health education can not only effectively improve the quality of nursing, but also improve the patients’ compliance with nursing. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
