研究了以十二烷基磺酸镧为催化剂合成无毒增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯,考察了正丁醇和柠檬酸物质的量比、反应时间和催化剂十二烷基磺酸镧用量等因素对反应结果的影响,对合成的柠檬酸三丁酯用折光率和红外光谱进行了表征。实验结果表明,十二烷基磺酸镧催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯的最佳条件为:n(正丁醇)∶n(柠檬酸)=4.20∶1,催化剂十二烷基磺酸镧用量为0.25%(以柠檬酸的物质的量计),反应温度140~145℃。在此反应条件下,柠檬酸三丁酯收率为95.5%。反应结束后,催化剂十二烷基磺酸镧通过简单的相分离即可重复使用。十二烷基磺酸镧重复使用5次后,其催化活性无明显下降,柠檬酸三丁酯收率仍可达到90%。
The nontoxic plasticizer tributyl citrate was synthesized using lanthanum laurate as catalyst, and the factors such as the ratio of n-butanol to citric acid, the reaction time and the amount of lanthanum dodecyl sulfonate The influence of the reaction results on the synthesis of tributyl citrate with refractive index and infrared spectroscopy were characterized. The experimental results show that the optimal conditions for the synthesis of tributyl citrate catalyzed by lanthanum dodecyl sulfonate are as follows: n (n-butanol): n (citric acid) = 4.20: 1, catalyst lanthanum dodecylsulfonate dosage 0.25% (based on the amount of citric acid substances), the reaction temperature is 140 ~ 145 ℃. Under the reaction conditions, the yield of tributyl citrate was 95.5%. After the reaction is over, the catalyst lanthanum dodecylsulfonate can be reused by simple phase separation. After lanthanum dodecylsulfonate was reused for 5 times, the catalytic activity did not decrease obviously, and the yield of tributyl citrate was still up to 90%.
