为了预防膀胱癌术后复发，我科自１９８５年６月～１９９５年６月对５４例表浅膀胱癌患者术后采用卡介苗膀胱灌注预防复发。全部病例获得随访，随访时间８～１２０个月，平均随访６２．４个月，是国内随访时间最长的一组，复发率为１６．６７％。证实了卡介苗预防膀胱癌复发的远期疗效是确切的。
In order to prevent postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer, our department from June 1985 to June 1995 54 patients with superficial bladder cancer after intravesical instillation of BCG to prevent recurrence. All cases were followed up for 8 to 120 months with an average follow-up of 62.4 months, which was the longest group in China with a recurrence rate of 16.67%. Confirmed the long-term efficacy of BCG to prevent recurrence of bladder cancer is accurate.
