目的研究黄芩素对子宫颈癌Hela细胞表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达的影响,探讨黄芩素抗肿瘤的分子机制。方法采用CCK-8法检测黄芩素对Hela细胞增殖的抑制作用,real-time PCR法和Western blot法检测黄芩素对Hela细胞EGFR表达的影响。结果黄芩素可在体外抑制Hela细胞的增殖,并对EGFR的表达有显著的抑制作用,呈剂量依赖性。结论黄芩素可能是通过EGFR通路抑制子宫颈癌Hela细胞的增殖。
Objective To study the effect of baicalein on the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in cervical cancer Hela cells and to explore the molecular mechanism of baicalein in antitumor. Methods The inhibitory effect of baicalein on the proliferation of Hela cells was detected by CCK-8. The effect of baicalein on the expression of EGFR in Hela cells was detected by real-time PCR and Western blot. Results Baicalein could inhibit the proliferation of Hela cells in vitro and significantly inhibit the expression of EGFR in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Baicalein may inhibit the proliferation of cervical cancer Hela cells through the EGFR pathway.
