通过分析冲栽间隙传统选取方法的不足,综合多种影响因素,给出优选冲裁间隙的数学依据和计算程序说明。避免了主观影响带来的缺陷,使选取过程实现了合理化和自动化.
By analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional selection method of stamper clearance, and combining with a variety of influencing factors, the mathematical basis and calculation procedure of the optimum stamper clearance are given. Avoid the subjective impact of the defects brought about by the selection process to achieve rationalization and automation.
