在计算机软件产业中,出现了一个新的职业岗位——“软件蓝领”,也称为蓝领软件工程师或低成本程序员。在软件产业中,除了少数软件开发工程师以外,还需要大量能够编写简单程序的人员,他们只需要掌握一种计算机语言,就能够承担软件开发工程师交给的任务,按照标准化的要求编写一段简单的程序,他们就是“软件蓝领”。在印度,目前有140万名“软件蓝领”。而我国目前这方面几乎是个空白:北京、辽宁等省市从今年春季才开始大批培训“软件蓝领”人才,广东计划今年秋季开始大批培训“软件蓝领”人才。可以预言,在未来10年我国将会培养出几十万名“软件蓝领”人才,“软件蓝领”将成为最热门、最抢手的职业之一。
