某住宅小区5号楼工程,地下2层,地上3l层,总建筑面积1.72万m2,建筑总高度98.65m。拟采用一台TC5613塔式起重机作为吊装运输工具。根据施工总体部署,该工程在地下工程施工前已完成塔式起重机基础承台施工,塔式起重机在完成±0.000以下工程后安装。塔式起重机基础采用“钻孔灌注桩+高桩承台”形式。塔式起重机平面布置如图1所示。该项目完成±0.000以下结构后。建设单位根据市场反馈,对5号楼原户型做了调整,导致5号楼建筑平面轮廓变化。见图2
