工程质量监督检测站一线监督执法人员,在发现建筑工程在施工过程中存在影响结构安全及使用功能的质量问题并且违反了相关法律法规的行为,作为执法人员。就必须根据质量问题的严重程度作出相应的行政处罚,但是部分监督执法人员的执法能力却略有不足,在执法过程及最后组卷归档时存在多处不符合规范之处,需要进行多次修改。由此可见,建筑工程质量监督执法人员的执法能力有待加强。
