T.N.T.是苯的硝基化合物,在生产和使用过程中,可以通过皮肤、粘膜、呼吸道和消化道引起中毒性损害。其对眼的损害主要为白内障,且有其临床特点,与其他白内障不同。其特点为淡棕色细点状混浊,沉着于晶体前后、皮质及成人核带,初起点状混浊在晶状体周边部组成断续的环形,以至楔状混浊,最终发生晶状体大部至全部混浊。为了解我市××化工厂接触 TNT 的工人中,其白内障发病情况,我们于1980年8月—10月对该厂217名接触 TNT 的工人进行检查,现将结果整理如下。
T.N.T. is a benzene nitro compound that can cause toxic damage through the skin, mucous membranes, respiratory tract, and digestive tract during its manufacture and use. Its eye damage is mainly cataracts, and has its clinical features, and other cataracts different. It is characterized by pale brown fine-grained turbidity, calm in the crystal before and after the cortex and adult nuclear zone, the initial point-like turbidity in the peripheral part of the lens composed of intermittent ring, and even wedge-shaped opacity, the final occurrence of most of the opacity of the lens. To understand the city × × chemical plant contact with TNT workers, the incidence of cataracts, we August 1980-October inspection of the plant 217 workers exposed to TNT, the results are summarized below.
