区域观察本期,北区成交依旧保持高位。从统计的数据来看,2008年8月1日至8月15日北区共成交498套,与上期基本持平。其中,良渚板块依靠逸居城的异军突起,本期更是上升到了330套。华丰板块随着元都新景体量的逐步释放,本期有所缓和。其他板块基本维持原状。
Regional Observation In this issue, transactions in the northern region remain at high levels. From the statistical data, from August 1, 2008 to August 15, a total of 498 units were traded in North District, basically the same as last issue.
