In order to study the changes of middle ear pressure after tonsillectomy and its relationship with postoperative pharyngeal cancer and earache, tonsillectomy was performed in children under 10 years of age with Type A tympanic pressure curve (+ 50daPa to -99daPa). The control group was intubated general anesthesia appendicitis in children. Its former tympanum pressure is also A-type curve.
